It reflects the data declared on the App Store and Google Play listings, published on the [store disclosures](https://reprizo.com/declarations/) page (in French). ## Data controller Franck Petretto, sole trader (RCS Grenoble 517 890 513), 47 chemin du Champ du Loup, 38410 Vaulnaveys-le-Bas, France, reachable at [contact@reprizo.com](mailto:contact@reprizo.com). ## Data processed by the apps - Account: email address, name, password (stored in hashed form) or identifier of the Apple or Google account, account identifier, interface language. - Reprizo Pro: name of the company and its stores; for a store visible to private sellers, its address, postal code and position; photos of items, descriptions and notes entered at the counter, customers' answers; estimates and decisions, used for the store's statistics. - Reprizo: photos of items, descriptions, estimates and listings written by the app; estimates sent to stores. This data is used to run the apps and manage accounts. It is neither sold nor used for advertising. The apps contain no ads and no advertising trackers. ## Sign in with Apple or Google If you choose "Continue with Apple" or "Continue with Google" in the Reprizo app, that service sends us an account identifier, your email address (for Apple, possibly a relay address) and, if you allow it, your name. We verify the sign-in token with that service; we never receive your password. For Apple, we keep an encrypted token that lets us revoke the access granted to Reprizo when you delete your account. ## Estimate purchases In the Reprizo app, estimate packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play, which take the payment: we never receive your bank details. For each purchase, we keep the product, the number of estimates credited, the store, the transaction identifier and its date, so that your account is credited only once and refunds can be handled. This history is included in your data export and is erased with your account. ## Referrals In the Reprizo app, everyone has a referral code to share. The link and message are sent through the app of your choice (Messages, Mail, WhatsApp…): we never receive your friends' email address or phone number. When a friend signs up with your code, we record the link between your two accounts, its date and the date of their first estimate, so that we can give you your estimates. You see their first name, the initial of their last name and the progress of the referral; they see yours. The referral link opens the app or a page of this site, with no cookie or tracker, which shows the referrer's first name and last-name initial; on Android, Google Play passes the code to the app when it is installed. This information is included in your data export and is erased with your account; only the status and dates of the referral remain, without your name, in the other person's account. ## Approximate location The Reprizo app only asks for your location when you tap "Use my location" to find a store near you. It is rounded to about 1 km, used only to sort stores by distance, and is **neither stored nor logged**. You can also enter a postal code, without granting location access. ## Sending an estimate to a store When you choose a partner store in the Reprizo app and give your consent, that store receives your name, your email address, the phone number and message you may add, the estimate and its photos. Its managers are notified by email. The store, a Reprizo Pro customer, uses this information to contact you and make you an offer; it is responsible for its own use of it. Nothing is sent without your consent, and you can send no more than 5 estimates a day. ## Photo analysis The photos and description of an item are sent to Google (Gemini API) to identify the item, look up observed prices and, in the Reprizo app, write the listing. Google Cloud France SARL (8 rue de Londres, 75009 Paris) acts as a processor on behalf of Reprizo, under Google's data processing addendum. Reprizo uses the paid tier of the API: under Google's terms, the data sent is not used to improve its products. Google may process this data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, provided for in the addendum. Google keeps requests and responses only for a limited time, to detect abuse. When Google Search is used to find prices, Google keeps the query and the result for 30 days. A customer's data is never used to value another customer's items. ## Emails The apps' emails (verification and password reset codes, notices that an estimate was sent to a store) are sent by Brevo, a provider established in France, acting as a processor. ## Legal basis and retention Processing is based on the performance of the contract: the one concluded with the store for Reprizo Pro, and the app's terms of use for Reprizo. Sending an estimate to a store is based on your consent, given when you send it. Accounts, estimates and their photos are kept as long as the account exists. They are erased as soon as the account is deleted from the app, and from backups within about 30 days: details are on the [Delete your account](https://reprizo.com/en/suppression-compte/) page. ## Hosting and security Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). In Reprizo Pro, access to data follows the roles set by the company: buyer, administrator, owner. The apps and their data (accounts, estimates, photos) are hosted in France, on a server in Paris rented from Hostinger International Ltd., like this website and the web version of Reprizo Pro. ## Reprizo Pro on the web and online payment The web version of Reprizo Pro (pro.reprizo.com) keeps your session in the browser's local storage so that you do not have to sign in on every visit; signing out clears it. It sets no analytics or advertising cookie. To display some symbols it may load fonts from Google's servers (fonts.gstatic.com), and the barcode reader may load its library from cdn.jsdelivr.net when the browser has none: these servers then receive the browser's IP address. The Store plan and top-ups are paid on Stripe's secure pages (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland), which processes the payment details, the company's name, billing address and, if given, VAT number. Reprizo never receives your bank details: only the subscription status, the amounts paid and the invoices, kept for 10 years (accounting obligation). ## This website This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Your language choice, or your refusal of the suggested language, may be remembered in your browser (local storage), without being sent anywhere. The simulator calculates its results in your browser: nothing you choose in it is sent. ## Contact form The information entered in the form (profile, name, email address, company, subject and message) is sent by the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co) to [contact@reprizo.com](mailto:contact@reprizo.com), with the page and language it was sent from. It is used only to reply to you and is not used for marketing without your consent. Messages are kept for 3 years after the last exchange. ## Your rights You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. In the Reprizo app, Account › My data › Export my data gives you a file with your account and your estimates. For any request, write to [contact@reprizo.com](mailto:contact@reprizo.com).
