## People near your store bring you their items.

Users of the Reprizo app value their items before selling them. Make your store visible: they send you their estimate so you can make them an offer.

- Visible with one setting Store by store: turn on "Visible in the Reprizo app" and enter the postal code and address.
- Your offer, based on your rules The estimate you receive comes with its photos and the trade-in offer calculated with the store's rules.
- Outside your quota, in every plan Estimates you receive don't count towards your plan. The store's managers are notified by email.

## Reprizo Pro, the trade-in pricing software for second-hand stores

Reprizo Pro is the store edition of Reprizo: iPhone and Android apps, a web version and a free Discovery plan. Photograph the item brought to the counter: it is identified, its resale price is found and your trade-in offer is calculated by your own rules.

### What Reprizo Pro does

The trade-in offer is calculated from the observed resale price, the discount and the rounding you chose, with the margin and the sources. Reprizo Pro complements your point-of-sale software, it does not replace it.

### Who is it for?

**Is Reprizo free?**

The app is free. The Discovery plan includes 10 estimates per month, with no credit card and no commitment. To estimate more, move to the Store plan (500 estimates per month per store) or add a top-up, directly with Reprizo. The simulator on this page is free to use.

**How does Reprizo calculate the trade-in offer?**

Reprizo identifies the product from your photos and description, then checks recent second-hand prices and the new price. The recommended offer is the estimated resale price minus the category discount, rounded according to your rules. Every estimate shows the sources it checked.

**How reliable are the estimates?**

Every estimate carries a confidence score. Below the threshold you set, it is flagged "Needs review" instead of showing a doubtful price with false confidence. Reprizo is a decision aid: always inspect the item before you buy it.

**How long does an estimate take?**

In under 15 seconds, Reprizo checks listings and recent prices before suggesting an offer, while you inspect the item with the customer.

**How do I get customers from the Reprizo app?**

In Account › Stores, turn on "Visible in the Reprizo app" and enter the store's postal code and address. People nearby can then send you their estimate, photos and contact details: they arrive in "To follow up", with the offer calculated with your rules, without using up your plan.

**What items can be estimated?**

Any identifiable second-hand item: phones, computers, consoles, audio and photo, appliances, tools, leather goods, watches. Scanning the barcode (EAN, UPC, ISBN) or the IMEI, whose check digit is verified, and a photo of the label improve the identification.

**What happens to the photos and my customers' data?**

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Photos are used to analyse the item and for your company's history, which only the accounts you authorise can see. The app shows no ads and contains no advertising trackers. Details are in the privacy policy.

**Can I manage several stores?**

Yes, with the Store plan, billed per store, with no limit on stores or users. The owner and administrators manage stores, users and their permissions, set a daily estimate cap per store and follow each store's statistics, with CSV export.

**Which devices and languages?**

On iPhone (iOS 15 or later), on Android phones and tablets, and in a web browser, at pro.reprizo.com. The app speaks English, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Portuguese: each buyer picks their own.

**Which businesses is Reprizo Pro for?**

Any business that buys second-hand items from the public: second-hand and thrift stores, consignment stores, phone and computer refurbishers, video game shops, antique and bric-a-brac dealers, pawn shops and franchise networks. It suits a single store as well as a chain with many locations.

**Does Reprizo Pro replace my point-of-sale software?**

No, it complements it. Reprizo Pro handles the valuation and the trade-in offer, before the purchase, with nothing to install: a phone or a web browser is enough. Your POS, inventory software and purchase register stay as they are. On request, an inventory connector flags identical items already for sale in your stores.
