# Delete your Reprizo account

This page covers the **Reprizo** (individuals) and **Reprizo Pro** (stores) apps, published under these names on the App Store and Google Play. You can delete your account and the related data at any time, free of charge, **from the app**. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

## From the app

1. Open Reprizo or Reprizo Pro and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Tap the **Account** tab, then, in the Security section, **Delete my account**.
3. Read what will be deleted, then confirm: enter your password or, if you signed up with Apple or Google, sign in again with that account. Finally, tap **Delete permanently**.

The account is deleted at once and the app returns to the sign-in screen. There is no cooling-off period and no way back.

Before deleting a Reprizo account, you can get a copy of your data: Account › My data › Export my data. Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in screen ("Forgot password?"), see the [Support](https://reprizo.com/en/support/) page.

## Data deleted

### Reprizo (individuals)

- Your account: name, email address, password or link with your Apple or Google account, open sessions.
- Your estimates, with their photos, descriptions, notes and listings.
- The estimates you sent to stores that the stores have not handled yet.

### Reprizo Pro (stores)

What disappears depends on your role in the company, shown in the Account tab.

- **Owner** (the account that created the organisation): the whole organisation is deleted, that is its stores, its users, whose accounts are closed, its trade-in rules, its estimates with their photos, descriptions, notes and results, and its statistics.
- **Administrator or buyer** : your account is deleted, that is your name, your email address, your password and your open sessions.

## Data kept

When an administrator or a buyer deletes their account, the estimates they made belong to the store: they stay in the company's history, **without their name**. Nothing is kept once an owner deletes their organisation.

An estimate that a private seller sent to a store, and that the store has already answered, stays in that store's history, **without the seller's contact details or message**.

Backups of the database and photos, used only to recover from an outage, are erased as they rotate, within about 30 days.
